Our tie measurements slightly vary depending on material. All tie measurements are the average size of a tie.

2. How are your ties made?

SI ties are produced with the finest materials with high quality workmanship. 

3. Do you sell silk ties?

No. Our microfiber ties imitate the look and feel of luxury silk, appealing to those who are unable to wear silk due to religious reasons.

4. How are your ties presented?

All ties are wrapped in branded tissue paper inside a branded embossed tie envelope.

5. What is your exchange and refund policy?

We do not accept exchanges on any item(s). We only accept refunds within 28 days of purchase. Click here to refer to our full refund policy for further information. 

6. How long does a refund take? 

Once the return is received and inspected, a full refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 working days. 

7. Can I return my order without the packaging? 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in resellable condition including the original packaging and tags. 

8. What is your delivery policy?

For standard delivery we aim to deliver in 2-3 working days for orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday. We also offer special delivery services and Europe and international shipping. Click here to refer to our full delivery policy for further information.  

9. Do you offer gift wrapping?

All of our products come individually wrapped in tissue paper inside a branded embossed tie envelope which has been designed for gifting. We do not offer any additional packaging or wrapping options.
