Refund policy

Returns

You have 28 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you purchased it. If 28 days have gone by from the date you purchased your item(s), we can not offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in resellable condition including the original packaging and tags

To complete your refund, we require a proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). The partial refund will be 50% of the original total of the ordered item(s), excluding postage. 

1. Any item(s) not in its original condition or damaged

2. Any item(s) that is returned more than 28 days after delivery 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 working days. 

Late or missing refunds 

If after 5 working days you have not received a refund, please contact your bank/credit or debit card provider, as may take some time before your refund is credited to your account.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale item(s) cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges 

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges on any item(s). We only accept refunds within 28 days. 

Shipping 

To return your item(s), please send to: SI, 126 Dan Court, London, NW10 7FX, United Kingdom 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
