Delivery
- Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 1pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the following working day.
- Any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be shipped the following working day - usually Monday, unless a Bank Holiday then Tuesday.
You will receive an email informing you when the order is being processed and another email when we have dispatched your item(s).
Delivery charges are as follows:
Standard Delivery (2 - 3 Working Days) - £3.00
Monday to Friday service orders placed before 1pm
Special Delivery (Next Working Day) - £8.00
Monday to Friday service orders placed before 1pm
Special Delivery (Saturday Guarantee) - £12.00
Orders placed on Friday before 1pm
International Tracked & Signed - £15.00
Estimated delivery 5 - 7 working days
International Tracked & Signed (Europe) - £11.00
Estimated delivery 3 - 5 working days
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) back to us within 28 days of purchase. To return an item(s) please return to the following address:

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in resellable condition including the original packaging and tags.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non refundable.
