Delivery policy

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the following working day.
Any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be shipped the following working day - usually Monday, unless a Bank Holiday then Tuesday.

You will receive an email informing you when the order is being processed and another email when we have dispatched your item(s).
